Q. Is it safe to purchase from OMG website?
A. Absolutely YES. It is safe to do online purchase from OMG website as we keep your information discreet. OMG uses MolPay as our payment getaway which is operated by reputable company MolPay Sdn Bhd. Besides, OMG also uses courier services such as PosLaju Malaysia and Skynet which can give you assurance that your parcel will be delivered safely.
Q. Should I join as OMG member?
A. We advise you to register as a member first before making a purchase in order to ensure that your mailing address is accurate and at the same time you can trace back your order thru "My Account".
Q. How do I register as OMG member?
A. Click "Create Account" at the top right menu bar and fill in your email address with preferred password. For Facebook users, you are able to signup OMG account with Facebook account. To proceed with your online purchase, kindly fill in your billing/mailing address as well.
Q. How do I make my purchase at OMG?
A. To order :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “View Cart” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You will then reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
- Once you have logged in or created an account, the order summary page will pop up. Click " Check Out" once you have confirmed with your orders.
- After that, you will need to select your preferred "Delivery Method" and confirm your shipping address / billing address on whichever method you have chosen and click “Continue” button.
- From here, you need to select your "Shipping Methods and click “Continue” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your "Payment Method", once you have chosen, click “Place Order Now” button to complete the order.
- Lastly, a detailed notification with order number will present to you and send it to your registered email.
Q. Is my order successful?
A. All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" in OMG website or your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp 017-6362-584.
Q. What are the payment method available?
A. OMG offers MolPay - Online Banking, 7-Eleven (Cash Payment) and Credit Card (Pending approval).
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
A. Log-in your account → Click on “Edit” at the top right corner (below Account Details) → Edit your account information and Shipping address here → Click "Submit" once you have done.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Forgot your password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click "Submit".
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I change / cancel an existing order that have been made?
A. Yes, only if the order is still on pending status / unfulfilled status. However, a processing fee will be applied.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
A. All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Q. I'm outside of Malaysia, can OMG send the goods to me?
A. Thanks for the support, unfortunately OMG only delivery goods within Malaysia.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
A. Dispatch will be done within 24 hours (working day). Delivery usually will take about 1-3 working days (West Malaysia), 2-6 working days (East Malaysia) and 7-14 working days (East Malaysia by Pos Domestic). However, delays will happen in peak period.
Q. Why I failed to trace the parcel with provided tracking number?
A. Normally tracking status will only be updated at night. Please allow a day for courier company to complete it and try to trace your parcel on next working day.
